Jenna Jameson Opens Up About How Keto Made Her "Trust" Her Body

The former adult star has been chronicling her positive response to the controversial diet.

Jenna Jameson has been a vocal cheerleader for the Keto diet, even as it continues to draw side eyes from the medical community (as well as people who have tried it and suffered through the so-called Keto flu).

"I can’t sing the praises of my #ketolifestyle more," the former adult star and entrepreneur wrote on Instagram. "It’s given me back my confidence and in turn, a sense of peace. I trust my body now. . . and will continue to honor it by feeding it organic whole foods."

Her daily favorites when she's not intermittently fasting include three eggs with cheese and avocado, arugula salad, grilled asparagus or zucchini, and a meat dish. She also goes nuts for snacks. 

She posted the latest pro-Keto message alongside a selfie of her trying on clothes at The Grove mall in Los Angeles, where she was surprised that she fit into a size 4. She has maintained her post-baby goal weight, which amounted to an almost 60 pound loss, by eating lean and clean, but allowing the occasional indulgence.

Keto fans will come and go as people flirt with the diet's tenets, but here's one happy advocate who is sticking with it.
