Can I just say thank god I'm not the only person that likes to wear their shades inside?! I wear prescription glasses and sometimes its just easier to keep the shades on...I don't know why people can't understand it!

You keep talking about how frustrated you are that your career hasn't advanced further, but you don't take any initiative to change it.

Why not put together a marketing plan and present it to Rachel? Start with the fragrance line she wants to launch. Identify the target audience; conduct a SWOT analysis; develop possible brand position and messaging; recommend pricing strategies; think about distribution, even packaging ideas.

I know it's easier said then done to get passed the fear of what is next for you and the change.. But you are talented, have great style and I think you should go for your dreams and create what you want for yourself.. Do what is right for you, not for everyone else.. You have to live your own life.

Taylor, I think you made a big mistake in letting Brad go to
Paris instead of speaking up for yourself. You've been there
much longer than he has and you've earned the right to go.
The fact that Rachel didn't act like a boss in automatically saying that if only one of you could go it obviously would be
you, I think was very insulting to you. You've got the talent, you need to also show you can be assertive. I love the show and
hope Rachel was smart enough to keep you from leaving.

It’s funny that they are all the rage again, I used to rock them (hard) when I was in high school in the 80’s. I had a pair of tortoise shell ones that I practically slept in. Ahhh.....memories.

I think you should have gone to Paris but I don't think Brad would have been able to handle the responsibilities back at home with as much aplomb as you.
You are good, there's no doubt about that. I hope you have a little more 'fun' in your life and show some enjoyment of the adventures the show is bringing. This 'project' is going to bring you your future.....and nobody wants to work with a sour puss.

Taylor, your the best. I agree with you regarding your opinion of the way Rachel handles the firms' employees. If it were me, you would have gone to Paris and hand your managing of the product line. Brad, could have waited and gone the next time. I am glad you talked with Rachel.

It was so hard watching the episode that aired last night... Start giving yourself some credit, you do an incredible job (note: not always with a smile) but the work gets done and looks like the client is happy....
Ohnestly, speak to Rachel it was obvious she recognizes her short comings ie. the decision as to who goes to Paris....

Taylor should have gone to Paris and Brad was very very selfish to go. He only cares about himself and not Taylor - he would never do the right thing like she does.
