Well you can't but we can.The women  on this show need to present themselves in a more positive and upbeat light . Other shows can get away with certain behaviors but these ladies need to show others how outstanding they really are . I think Cynthia has a long way to go on being a great businesswoman. I'm sure her business is successful, but the way she "fired" Porsha without warning was just wrong. You have to be very clear and concise with your timeline and expectations upfront, and give the other person a chance to fix the problem if it exists. Porsha seems approachable enough and I don't think it would have been an issue if Cynthia asked her to step up a little bit more. I would never want to work on anything with her again if it went down like that with me.

I must say that Cynthia seems to have it out for Porsha now and Porsha better watch her back.  I have liked Cynthia so far this season up to this point and I wonder if she's been truly envious of Porsha since she's been on the show?

Love Cynthia's new role as Business woman... However, she did ask Porsha to do things for her and the upcoming gala pageant. Things that were not that hard to do (even for Porsha).

When you are working on a timeline and there is a date set... Be about your business! or GO!

Something as simple as not having the sponsor signage (The Williams logos) for 2 weeks? FAIL...

Cynthia, prior to now, I had much respect for you. Your attitude is not very becoming for a woman of substance that you claim to be.

Cynthia has long been my favorite, but her behavior  since NeNe has been gone is questionable to me.  Real businesswomen do not go around gossiping, because they are busy handling their business.  As for as Porsha goes, the comments that Cynthia made about her not having a job was a little silly to me.  All women have the freedom to make choices.  Cynthia does not come from a privileged background and Porsha does, so of course, they are going to have different views in life.  These ladies are definitely products of their upbringing.  The bottom line that everyone on the show knows, is that you have to create drama to stay on the show or you will be fired.  Look at Deshawn Snow, Lisa Wu.  Even though this is a reality show, the reality is that drama signs the paychecks.  

Cynthia has become very messy this season, maybe its the NEW-NEW! I don't see a problem with Kordell taking up for his wife and her using his name in saying because he is not home I rather not have unknown guests in our home. Kordell seems to be a NO NONSENSE type guy and he calls women of their caddy behavior, especially those who are close to him. So men see women who have arguments ALL the time as dramatic. Porsha's family has created a legacy and she is NOT like the other ladies who are trying to establish a name for themselves and their families. Porsha does not have to work as hard, her job is to be a family member who continue the legacy and keep a good name for the family. The bible says that a WISE man leaves an inheritance for his children's children. If it worked for The Hilton, The Kennedy and The Walton (Sam) families why should it not work for The Williams family?

I need to see the episode again, but I did not get the sense Kenyas biopsy on camera was a sympathy ploy....lets remember, there are many women who have been influenced by a celebrity to get medical testing...anything is possible for tv, but can't see a real dr going along with a fake scene just to be on tv..their whole medical career could suffer...credibility shot...i am sure by the time cameras rolled, Kenya would have known all was good...I am sure there were women that set appts for mammograms this week...and thats a good thing.......As for Porsha being relieved of her charitable duties....that kind of behavior from Cynthia won't last long with viewers...we take our charities seriously, and no matter what you think of Porsha in relation to the show...her family's charity is relevant and important... no matter how Cynthia felt about Porsha, she showed a lot of greed by not being patient enough to allow a response...unless there were other issues viewers did not see...it seemed like she was only concerned with padding her own purse...she had already pointed out vocally, that she was not donating "all" the money...and I wondered why this reaction from a woman who went to Africa last season, and made such an effort to buy food and other items for the orphanage...does she believe there are no orphans to feed in Georgia?? I don't get this woman...she seems loosely connected to Peter, despite the fact they had TWO wedings...something seems sparse to me with these two..only time will tell.....I hope you and Lawrence do another recap show...you guys put it in proper perspective...

I'm really wondering what's going on with Cynthia lately. Yes she has really changed. I don't know if she is trying to carve out a niche for herself to stay relevant on the show since she doesn't have NeNe around as much, or if she is having money problems and the stress of putting this pageant together is really getting to her or what. But she doesn't seem happy and she seems intent on creating mess. It is not working for her and all it is doing is alienating the viewers that liked her. Cynthia really don't care that much for Kenya, but she is befriending Kenya just in case she needs Kenya to help her with this pageant since Kenya has pageant experience. But Cynthia has been burnt once by Kenya and it is possible that Kenya will burn her again if Cynthia involves her in the pageant. I don't think that Cynthia's modeling agency is bringing in that much money and I really think that Cynthia is desperate for money and against her better judgement she will involve Kenya in the pageant.

And yes, I truly think that Cynthia is a little envious of Porsha because Porsha has a millionare husband and she's carefree, happy and doesn't have to work, while she (Cynthia) is struggling to make her business endeavours successfull financially due to the fact the she doesn't have a rich husband. That's why Cynthia is always making negative comments about Porsha.

Derek I don't think it was funny what Cynthia did! I think Cynthia is turning up the drama because she need the money! She is trying to stay relevant but she is going about it the wrong way! This season Cynthia is being hateful and being very disrespectful! What she is showing is how spineless she is. She attacks Porsha every chance she gets but she embraces Kenya after Kenya disrespected her. So what it tells me she won't stand up to someone she thinks will fight her back! I have no more respect for Cynthia!

personally, i don't think  that there is anything wrong with cynthia having a backbone! in fact i find rather a relief that she can actually use her voice without  standing in ne-ne's shadow. i have to say though i agee with you that porsha is quite content being kordell's barbie the only difference is if barbie could speak she would have something smart to say. porsha shuld really stop talking sometimes. porsha  needs something to do she's too empty headwise. she needs something outside of her husband to complete herself with something that would place her on equal standing with the other women.  as far as i can see she's just drifiitng through life

Cynthia may have balls this season but she is soooo messy!!!  In MY OPINION, Cynthia didn't have to tell her staff that Porsha decided against having the meeting at her house and then bring it back up once Porsha arrived to the meeting. She sat and waited on something to pop off. This is her even so if she wanted to take a meeting at a residence, it should have been YOURS!  I would have canceled too once Cynthia mentioned some men I didn't know would be attending.  Who wants strangers in their home especially when their mate is not present??? If Cynthia was "the queen" of her house, Peter and her sister would be on better terms and her marriage license would not have been hidden from them.

Cynthia must have been warned that if she didn't get off of NeNe's coat tail and show some "balls" and "excitement", she would be gone next season.

Based on teh preview, it looks like she will have a repeat to her "fashion show" from last season where her being the MC didn't go so well.  But she's such a professional!!  Child please!

I'd rather see/hear Porsha making her air head comments than to see Cynthia being messy and stating she hopes she and someone can still be friends.  I agree that Porsha should have been following up with the letter and whatever other assignments she was given (I mean how long does it take to compose a letter, print it on letterhead and send it?   At the same time, if this was truly the foundation Cynthia wanted, she or one of her staff members should have taken it upon themselves to follow up themselves and then told Porsha her services were no longer needed and they had secured the foundations participation themselves. Why make such a prominent organization like this one look bad on tv because of your messiness and eagerness to show someone "failed" you? I think there was more to that story than Cynthia let on.

First of all Derek.  When the doctor tells you  that they found a lump in your breast.  There are no violins just total devestation that you could have breast cancer.  Kenya does have her moments but she as well as anyone deserves sympathy for what she went through. I appluad her for sharing her story.   Kenya continue with the Crazy.  You make the show worht watching!

Yes Derek Nene does have some worries and I hear she's waitIng in the wing for her man Greg to come back. Nene is a smart cookie to keep Greg busy so he don't stray. Now for Cynthia yea she's grown some balls this season I must admit. Phaedra and Kandi were as usual being best buds on camera. Porsha doesnt fit in

Cynthia, she got it wrong this time.  It's about building relationships with other organizations and finding ways to work together.  The process generally takes longer when you work with volunteers.  She set her staff against Porsha when they couldn't meet at her house and then just watched as the one guy went out-of-control on Porsha. Not good. She could have re-assigned the paid staff to work on getting the logo, but she burned a bridge with a friend and a community organization.  It's time to find the strengths in other people and edify (not destroy) with your words.

I applaud BRAVO for the Kenya storyline concerning breast cancer.  It shows the importance of monthly self checks and a mammogram. I don't think it is the same as Kim lying about her "cancer" and the wigs. Personally, I don't think her Aunt who have been a part of the filming if that was the case. Her Aunt seems to be the voice of wisdom that Kenya refuses to hear.

Cynthia has a right to do as she pleases as it is her business.  However, she set up Porsha not to be liked by the Bailey Boys.  Business should be conducted in the office in my humble opinion.

But, Porsha needs to find her voice. Husband support is one thing but stepping into a cat fight is really not his place. 

I think that Cynthia is green with envy over Porsha's lifestyle. Who wouldn't be...that girl is married to a millionaire, come on. I am sure she took a honeymoon instead of crying over the fact there was no money because "Uptown" closed. 

Porsha has a good relationship with her sister and mom, Cynthia has a good relationship with her mom and sister, NOT. Porsha has friends, has Cynthia ever has a girlfriend on the show? 

Cynthia attacked Kim early on to drive a wedge between Nene and her and it worked now she is onto Porsha. Interesting that she never accused Nene of not working before she got all these gigs on television. I also don't think she would have scheduled a meeting at Nene's house,  talk about fallout.

Cynthia will find out quick that what goes around comes around ! Although she wanted to get rid of Porsha because she was not moving fast enough she still should have checked her email to see right then what is going on. Cynthia is a shady model and knows how to read but my read for you Cynthia is charity supersedes all darling. Regardless if I was Porsha I wouldn't work with you and would not give you my charity money neither nor any of those that I wanted to share business with you. You burned a bridge hopefully you can rebuild it before its to late. What is up with Kenya and Cynthia frienemy relationship. How dare Cynthia fire Porsha and hire Kenya when you have already done business with her and she made your business look ratchet. What a fool. Kenya is still a hot mess for going to Nene charity event mocking Pheadra. I believe Cynthia likes the drama and since Nene is gone she just hanging out with whoever doing whatever and just trying to stay relevant on the show. Bravo I am perturbed at you all for focusing more on cray cray Kenya then the housewife Porsha. I can care less about what Kenya single 1993 is doing with her six engagements in the bag. Put more focus on Porsha and your rating will still be the same. We want to watch married couples not wannabes on this show. Kandi gets a pass because she is Kandi from Escape and her married girlfriend and group member put her on Tiny. Kandi and Todd getting ready to get married. Kenya needs to be kicked off just for paying Walter to be her man.

@eloise....Kordell fine and gorgeous...do I need to return this new tv? I dislike the girl that Cynthia has become...why is she acting like a bully towards Portia....I don't blame Portia not wanting people in her home that she does not know...whether they work for Cynthia or not...it's Cynthia's pageant...have the business meetings at your business...and to discuss that with her employees and have them berate Portia was pathetic on her part... Kordell needs to back off the women issues...let Portia learn for herself....he's too domineering to Portia...she has an "I'm scared of my husband vibe"....hope I'm wrong....

Agree with everythingyou said Derek J.  I love your alost neutral posts tat tell the truth.  Porsha is VERY BEAUTIFUL.  But Hey!  Did anyone notice how FINE and GORGEOUS Kordell looked.  He is really good looking.   It was very nice to see Walter on the show.  I hope wesee much more of him......perhaps attepting to find his real true love (someone to be IN LOVE with).
