Andy Cohen Calls Out Marlo Hampton’s “Brilliant” Move on This Season of RHOA
The WWHL host raved about one particular moment from Marlo’s first season as an official peach holder.
As Andy Cohen and The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast members continued to reflect on the show’s 14th season during Part 3 of the RHOA reunion on September 25, Andy took a moment to praise a particularly memorable choice of Marlo Hampton’s.
“I think it is brilliant that you brought chicken to the airport,” Andy told Marlo, referencing the KFC meal Marlo picked up on her way home from Jamaica, which ultimately led to her reconciliation with Kandi Burruss (more on that in the video above).
“Andy, have you had Jamaican KFC?” Sanya Richards-Ross asked the host. “It’s legendary…and, you see, it can mend relationships.”
In The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 14 After Show video above, Kandi explains why she decided to make amends with Marlo after seeing that her castmate had brought chicken to the airport. “Everybody kept saying that the Kentucky Fried Chicken in Jamaica is better than the United States, and I had not tried it, and I really wanted to try it, and it was fresh and hot,” she said, later adding, “I had to break down. I had to be nice… I had to make amends.”
