Kyle Richards honored the culinary traditions of Hanukkah earlier this week with a big family dinner piled high with latkes and other fried foods — and apparently she's already had enough of that unrestrained eating.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom, who typically maintains her lean physique with a daily diet marked by low carbs and restraint, shared with her Instagram followers that she's kicking off a five-day cleanse.

"I'm ready!!" she captioned snaps showing her delivery of her cleanse foods, tagging self-described "holistic nutritionist and lifestyle cleanse expert" Elissa Goodman.

Goodman's website describes a five-day cleanse that serves up "whole, nutrient-dense foods with a healthy balance of fats, proteins, fiber, and complex carbohydrates. Included is food you will actually chew and drinks that are enjoyable to consume."

The website describes a menu that begins with "Elissa's detox tonic," followed by a "super seed bar" and moving into "healing broth" soups and other foods as each day proceeds.

"Cleansing doesn’t mean deprivation, starvation, liquid diets, complicated eating schedules, and extreme measures," according to Goodman. "Cleansing is renewing, recharging, rejuvenating, and jump-starting to a healthier lifestyle in a manner fits your busy schedule."

Goodman's site describes the cleanse as "gentle," and claims that benefits include, "rebuilding the immune system, boost energy and focus, weight loss and metabolic reset, kick-start and maintain a healthy lifestyle, curb cravings for sugars and carbs, improve your digestion and gut health, get your glow back."
