In the past Rosie and Kathy did not have lead story lines or offer much to the contribution of the drama scene, however, this season is THE WORST and they would be a welcome back to viewers. Melissa is the most boring character followed closely by Dina. The artificial presence that both women give off is sickening. Melissa that she cares that Teresa is going to prison, please she can barely contain her excitement that she may be the lead housewife. The problem with that fantasy is that her storyline in as boring, worthless and talentless to viewers as her singing was in season five. My one appreciation in season six was that she spared the viewers from having to watch her childhood dream of dancing on a table and singing. Who cares! Do it for Joe at home without cameras (Bravo cameras that is).
As for Dina, I was happy to see her return initially, but as the season progressed the head of the snake began to emerge. Perhaps, that explains her fondness for the designer bracelet she bought for herself and Lexi this season. Dina needs Teresa as a storyline. The zen thing doesn't hold water and worse than that it is completely false. The woman is clearly bitter and angry all the time. The look of unhappiness is always beneath the surface in every shot and interview. Sell it somewhere else, sister. Package that BS with your snake oil. Smart viewers do not buy it and they won't watch RHONJ for it either.
I read Dina's comment on Twitter and she is nasty, nasty. When she was asked by a cancer survivor if the entire check amount from the Ladybug event was donated, Dina replied sharp and bitchy something like" yes, not that it is any of your business if you did not donate". This is not the voice of a zen-like woman looking to save children and spread the good energy she demands from others.
If viewers will read up on Dina and the origin of Ladybug, they will find some interesting information out there that does not make tv time.
So, let's think about this why do we watch reality shows? DRAMA. RHONJ ain't bringing this year. I say bring back Danielle. She is only good villain that can replace Teresa that viewers are familiar with already.
You either love her or hate her, there's no in between. Give us something to watch! Unleash the Grinch in Whoville!:)
