As the temperatures have dropped for the fall season, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum has been turning up the heat on the autumnal lifestyle front, sharing some head-turning videos of festive decorations and some of the coziest recipes we've seen.

Gretchen Rossi shares her favorite fall recipes
On October 17, Gretchen took to her Instagram to share what she called her most "highly requested recipe": her mom's "incredible Pumpkin Stew."
In the video, Gretchen shared that it was her "favorite thing" to make during the fall season, and she further revealed the details of the recipe in her caption, which included roasting a whole buttered pumpkin and filling it with a beef soup that included a slew of vegetables and several spices (Slade Smiley, also made a sweet cameo).
"Serve in a cute pumpkin bowl with some cornbread & enjoy!" Gretchen concluded the post, showing how she spiced up the dish even more with an adorable pumpkin-shaped bowl. We also spotted some amazing Halloween-centric decor on the table, including skulls, candles, and placements with spider web designs.
In addition to the pumpkin stew, Gretchen shared the recipe for an "easy simmer pot" which she noted will have "the whole house smelling like fall."
Included in the mix: apples, oranges, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and star anise. "Hope you all enjoy making this as much as I do!" she exclaimed.

Earlier in October, Gretchen showed off her crafty side with a video sharing how she decorated some faux pumpkins to make them look like "beautiful terracotta-looking pumpkins" for "a fraction of the price" of what's typically sold in stores.
In the clip, Gretchen shared how she uses UpPaint Chalk Finish Paint to create a realistic terracotta-looking finish to the pumpkins, giving her Halloween decorations a bit of an aesthetic boost.
Moreover, Gretchen previously revealed how she and Slade decorated the outdoor space in another Instagram video, outfitting the front porch with "a lot of pumpkins," a black-and-white-checkered doormat with pumpkin-speckled doormat on top, black laterns, haystacks, and more.
"I know it’s a lot of pumpkins and decor, but Sky really enjoys it, so I do it for her!" Gretchen wrote in the caption, speaking about her daughter, Skylar Gray Smiley. "It’s adorable for pictures! (It’s like mini pumpkin patch for her!)"
