Meghan King Reflects on Her Plastic Surgery Journey: “I Woke Up Transformed”
The RHOC alum is celebrating the first anniversary of her rhinoplasty procedure: “I gave myself a gift.”

Although she was initially “horrified” by the results of her 2022 rhinoplasty, it seems The Real Housewives of Orange County alum couldn’t be more pleased with the final product. Meghan reflected on her recovery journey in a candid Instagram message posted on July 25, nearly one year after she went under the knife.

“It’s almost been a year since Dr. [Michael] Niccole at [CosmetiCare] waved his magic wand (scalpel?) and I woke up transformed,” she captioned the carousel. “After going through a public divorce I gave myself a gift I’d always wanted, and let me tell you they aren’t kidding when they say ‘give the swelling a year to go down.’”
Meghan had the surgery while getting a breast implant exchange back in September, and she was admittedly “stunned” when she first laid eyes on her nose augmentation.
“Dr. Niccole did very little to correct my nose, so […] when he took off that bandage, my nose was wider than it was originally,” she said in an Instagram Story last year. “You can see why I was completely horrified. What they don’t tell you a lot of times… it can take up to a year for the swelling to go down, so [my nose] will be a lot smaller and narrower as we go on throughout the next 11 months.”

Well, it seems Meghan’s patience paid off. The mother of three is celebrating the first anniversary of her nose job and suggested she’s open to doing additional procedures.
“I only got the bulbous tip removed off my nose while I was undergoing an implant exchange, but these things take time,” she continued in the July 25 post. “When I look in the mirror I feel beautiful. Thank you Dr. Niccole and the rest of the team. I used to live on Balboa Island[,] now I look for any excuse to go back, and a lil nip here, tuck there, or prick every now and then is a good enough reason for me! Happy one year anniversary to me!”
Meghan’s Life Update
Meghan shared the message less than two weeks after she appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. The St. Louis, Missouri, native addressed her two-month marriage to Cuffe Biden Owens, a nephew of President Joe Biden; her career in private jet sales; and whether she would date any fellow Bravolebrities.
“Absolutely not,” she said about the latter topic. “I’m not interested in dating within the limelight whatsoever. I love being on camera and talking to you, and this is super fun for me, but in general, the entertainment world is not what I aspire to date.”
