On February 7, Tamra — who will return as a cast member on the upcoming Season 17 of The Real Housewives of Orange County — documented the process of making one of her “favorite healthy breakfasts.” Showing a waffle, she explained, “That’s just egg, cheese, salt, and pepper.”

“When it’s done [cooking],” she continued, “I’m gonna put this mixture [on top], which is Greek yogurt, avocado, and lemon juice.” Tamra then showed the finished dish, adding text that declared, “Yummy in my tummy.”

Tamra is no stranger to sharing a look at her home-cooked meals. In 2022, she showed off a different egg-based breakfast that she and Eddie Judge were enjoying on a Sunday morning in their kitchen, and two years prior she opened up about the struggle of making family dinners.

“[I used to be] that mom that says, ‘You eat what I make,’” she said. “Well, now it’s a little bit difficult because [my daughter] Sophia’s a vegetarian. [My son] Spencer won’t eat red meat — he’ll only eat chicken or turkey. [My husband] Eddie is 90 percent vegetarian. I’m right up there with Eddie. So this is what I resort to.”

“Spencer hates pasta, and Sophia loves pasta, so yeah — more work for the mother,” she said as she showed the ingredients. “But that’s OK.”
