Station #1 – Treadmill and Spin Bike (2 mins) 

·    4 clients on treadmills (Speed 10 – Incline 3.5)

·    4 clients on Spin Bikes (Tension TBD by Jackie)

Station #2 – Push Ups (1 min)

Station #3 – Treadmill and Spin Bike (2 mins) 

·    SWAP: 4 clients on treadmills (Speed 10 – Incline 3.5)

·    SWAP: 4 clients on Spin Bikes (Tension TBD by Jackie)

Station #4 – Plank Position (1 min)

Station #5 – Treadmill and Spin Bike (2 mins) 

·    SWAP: 4 clients on treadmills (Speed 10 – Incline 3.5)

I have tried losing weight for over a year, I can't seem to build my self-esteem since I gained 15 pounds. My motivation toward sex is like watching paint dry. I live in the South, it's difficult to find trainers like you to make a life change in a person..... Please Help.....

I love your show! It is amazing what you've done to help these people. I've gained over 50 pounds since having my second child. It is very difficult for me to workout alone. And I can't seem to loose any, I'm stuck at 156 pounds. PLEASE HELP!!! Where can you sign up for the show? This would completely change my life.

Former cop injured with spinal fusion:walk with a cane, can't exercise, or eat more than 800 cal/day or I will gain weight. I am on 200 mg Morphine a day. I am desperate to know what I can do, besides arm work with hand weights and WHAT can I eat. I can only walk for about 10-15 min and then the pain is too much. HELP ME JACKIE! I used to do an hr of cardio a day and free wts for 45 min. Now I am lost.

I get so motivated by this show but its super hard to stay motivated without support. I need Jackie to come train me, lol. I would freakin love it.

Jackie, This is very inspiring. I watched the episode with the photos. I was in tears. Feeling some of their pain along with memories of my own. What I deire for myself is, to have a kick-ass body like yours and own my first home, by 50. That gives me a little less than 2 years. Where do I go to sign up for the show? My best to all the contestants and their hard work.

WOW saw the show last nite true looking at old photos can bring uo alot. I started my program and i feel im eating all day just to get the calories to burn the fat any other suggestions out there

Jackie, i saw some of your show and is it free for you train and workout those people on your shows? If yes, can i go through your show program too ? I ahve Heart failer and recovering slowly now . My Doctor told me i need loose weight may i be a part of your show program if it's free? What state is the show program produced in ?

Me, too!! I'm going out tomorrow to get some groceries and I'm gonna ride a bike up there and back (gotta do some outdoor activity before snow and below 20 temps settle in for winter).

I don't know. The incline is up to 3.5 so it's like they are going slightly uphill. I know when I had access to a treadmill, I'd up the incline so I could up the speed.

It has to be a typo. They would be flying OFF the treadmill trying to go 10mph.

I look at myself, and I'm bigger than the rest of my friends. I know you're not supposed to compare yourself to others, but I want to put on the clothes I like, look good, feel good, and not be ashamed of myself. I am going to start monday, doing this three times a week, i think.

that's what i thought (about the typo). when I run at 10mph, this is not pretty! I could not imagine doing this for 2 min and repeat again after 1 min of strenghtening. I would die!!

The speed and incline are switched. It is 3.5 mph at 10 incline

You get up at 4:30am in the morning and run for 90 minutes. I am done dressed and I have no. Worries about when will I work out....... 4:45 to 5:45 or 6:30 . 4 days a week and on the other days I weight train. Bike 15, stomach crunches

I saw the show last night...I was telling my neighbor about it, I couldn't remember the name, that's how I found the website. Jackie's statement something to the effect "You've got to stop looking at it as pain, that's the feeling your working for" Very eye opening to me!

i think it is a typo. i rewatched the episode of the workout, Jackie says incline 10.

i have been a die hard fan of jackie for acouple of years now , watched her old episodes , " The Workout", she actually inspired me and i lost 75 lbs. and now i'm a certified fitness instructor and so now i help people get healthy! She is wonderful!!

I can only run at 10mph for about 45 seconds, and what do you do if you do not have a spin bike?

Do you have the incline and speed reveresed? I thought Jackie said in last nights episode that the incline should be at 10. I could see incline 10 and speed 3.5 mph.
