jen would of killed this challenge! its clear now why she truly got eliminated. how could she participate in a challenge when she worked with justo and still works for you chef?

Dale was rude and I am glad that Fabio stuck up for the wait staff. Wasn't this suppose to be the "Used to be Angry Dale"? Thank you for your Blog - When I am reading your blog I can hear your accent in my head. It is very nice.
I so enjoyed this RW. Having the room ready was so much more fair then in the past. I do think that Fabio should have won. He nailed the front house job. It set the tone, plus he made an awesome dessert. Yet, I sure that Richard's dishes were excellent and he did come up with crazy ideas that made it fun and it worked. Looking forward to what you have to say next week.

Thank you for mentioning Dale's rudeness! Marcel tried but the team seemed already dead-set against him. Tell me Chef, if you had attitdues like Isabella's, what would you do?

This is why You're a TOP CHEF!!!

I would kill to be able to learn from someone like Justo! What a master at his craft. If the fish are butchered correctly, the dish will be a better one.

Transcript, please! I cannot view the videos here in Japan! Love Eric's v-logs!

Top Chef fan, as I've told you before, go and get a proxy server and you'll be able to watch the videos. Honest, I'm not trying to sign you up for anything insidious. This way, you'll be able to stop writing in asking for a transcript!

What you said about how a leader has to instill trust is key in any situation. It's hard to respect someone who seems not to respect anyone else, in the case of Marcel.I think he is a very good chef but it is his personality that is getting in the way.
I so much admire how you are honest without being demeaning. I suspect your kitchen is a very well oiled machine. I hope to eat there when I visit this summer.
