Kristen Doute Has the Healthiest — and Tastiest — Post-Party Menu Ever

The #PumpRules pal likes to end her night with some unexpected food.

Kristen Doute has never been shy about her love of a good cocktail, so it's safe to say she knows what a hangover feels like. While many people might reach for something salty or greasy after a wild night out, Kristen, who has been a vegetarian for 22 years, opts for something a little more refreshing. "When I'm hungover, I don't seek out French fries like a lot of people," Kristen told Bravo After Hours. "I'm looking for watermelon and cucumber and, like, [something to] hydrate my body." 

Kristen's go-to meal after a night out on the town is a little heartier, but it's still healthy. "[My boyfriend] Carter and I love making anything Mexican," she said. "If we go out all night, the next day we love doing Mexican but healthy Mexican at home." 

For example, the Vanderpump Rules pal loves making lentil bowls filled with lentil, quinoa, and all sorts of vegetables. Kristen recommends keeping it simple when it comes to a recovery meal like this. "A lot of people think you're making these vegetables, you need to throw a cup of olive oil over it when you really don't," she explained. "You can keep it very healthy and light but still very filling."
