Kristen Doute Just Got 3 More Tattoos: See Her New Ink
The Vanderpump Rules beauty's Tom Petty-inspired ink is in one of her besties' handwriting.
Kristen Doute is changing things up this summer. The Vanderpump Rules mainstay just moved into a newly purchased house (her first time as a home owner!) that boasts three closets (yes, count them...three) and where she has been tackling the backyard like a champ. She unveiled a short lived, but never forgotten purple hair color. And now, the former SURver has added some fresh new ink to the mix!
On August 21, Kristen shared on her Instagram stories her day filled with fun in the sun and, of course, a pit stop to get some brand new tattoos. Kristen stopped by Independent Ink Tattoo to visit artist Sav Foxx who brought Kristen's tatt vision to life. In her stories, she shared pic of more than a few tiny tattoos including an itty bitty crescent moon on the inside of her middle finger, a wee butterfly outline, and the words "Learning to Fly" (inspired by the famous Tom Petty song) scrolled in pal Rachael O'Brien's handwriting. The delicate text is written alongside Kristen's previous ink — series of bold, black waves — on the inside of Kristen's wrist but the whole effect of her fresh tatts is so stunning.
