Roller coaster of emotions, including love, hate, confusion, etc., etc ... that's how i would describe Season 3 of Work Out. And here we go, the new trainers want be accepted and try whatever they can to get everyone's attention. I don't include myself in this category of "new trainers" because I've been working at Sky Sport for a year now. I am there all day every day, and even though i see, hear, and deal with all the drama, I try to stay out of it as much as i can, but don't push my buttons because I will tear you down. People are gonna be pretty surprised ....
