I think that most people limit what they eat throughout the day or while they are at work, and then blow it at the end of the day. That craving for carbs usually kicks in at the end of the day. This will lead to a bigger dinner with larger portion sizes which in turn leads to fat storage. Cutting out the fat foods and eating minimal carbs at dinner can really jump start results for individuals who did not commit to a exercise and nutrition program at the beginning of the new year.
