Michelle Lally Reveals She Had Nose Job for “Deviated Septum”: See Before-and-After Pics
Another cast member from The Valley mentioned having rhinoplasty 10 years earlier, and no, it wasn't Jax Taylor.
Michelle Saniei Lally from The Valley got candid about going under the knife to make alterations to her nose.
In Season 1, Episode 9, the group continued Janet Caperna’s Babymoon at Big Bear Lake, California, where Michelle and Jesse Lally began playfully roughhousing during a trip to the shore. Things, however, took a turn when Jesse accidentally hit his now-estranged wife in the face, getting her directly on the nose.
“As somebody who’s had three nose jobs, I can definitely understand what Michelle is going through right now,” Jax Taylor told producers.

The accident led to a discussion about cosmetic procedures, with multiple The Valley cast members discussing their nose jobs.
The struggle was real for Janet Caperna, who confessed to the others that it had been 10 years since she got her nose job. Meanwhile, Michelle’s surgery was more recent, as she had her procedure just one year earlier.
“I had the worst deviated septum in the world,” Michelle told the Capernas.
Of course, one castmate was empathetic, having been open his own rhinoplasties in years past. Jax got into a little more detail about Brittany hurting Jax’s nose while doing the hot and heavy.

Jax says Brittany caused his second nose job
“Back when we used to have sex, a lot, towards the end of one of our intimate times, Brittany — she got a little excited, and she head-butted me,” Jax told producers. “And that was the cause for nose job number two.”
Jax previously told PEOPLE that the dreaded head-butt, which caused him “serious pain,” came only one or two days after his first surgery, despite doctors urging Jax to get some rest during his recovery.

Of course, Michelle, Jax, and Janet aren’t the only Bravolebs who’ve 'fessed up to having nose jobs. Kyle Richards of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills showed the world her before-and-after pictures after going under the knife in 2020. Kyle's fellow Housewife Dorit Kemsley has also toyed with the idea of getting one herself.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Shereé Whitfield opened up about the “tweak” she had to her nose in 2023, while Southern Charm’s Naomie Olindo admitted her new nose was something she wanted since she was 8 years old.
Back to the cast members on The Valley, nose alterations aren’t the only thing Jax has undergone as part of his cosmetic journey. He also revealed he received “all new teeth” and is a regular recipient of Botox. In fact, he, Kristen Doute, and Brittany (the latter of whom shared her chin surgery in the debut episode of The Valley and whose breast augmentation was a major storyline on Vanderpump Rules) have all gone to the same professionals at the Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery Group to enhance their outer looks.
Jax and Brittany previously agreed they were “very lucky” to have friends in the business.
