Naomie Olindo Shows Before & After Photos of Her Nose Job
The Southern Charm alum revealed every angle of her plastic surgery transformation in these photos.
Naomie Olindo has never shied away from discussing her 2018 nose job. The Southern Charm alum and boutique owner has a refreshingly open approach to talking about her history with plastic surgery — especially when it comes to the details of her recovery.
"Getting my nose done was something I've wanted since I was eight years old," she told BravoTV.com shortly after she underwent the procedure that February.
“I think, just one day, I looked in the mirror and I really didn’t like the way my nose looked and so I just called my mom and said ‘I really want to do this. Now I’m 25, I think it’s time,'” she said in an interview with her surgeon, Dr. A. Joshua Zimm.
Naomie Olindo’s Thoughts on Plastic Surgery
Naomie told BravoTV.com in February 2018 that her only regret about her nose job was that she didn’t get it done sooner. “Plastic surgery shouldn’t be taboo…If there’s something about yourself that you don’t like and you have the opportunity to change it, why wouldn’t you?” she asked. “I did it for me and no one else and want to be as open as possible about it. I’m so happy with my decision and would do it 100 times over.”
In an Instagram Story after the surgery, Naomie didn’t encourage or discourage her followers from getting plastic surgery, but shared her own personal testament to how it made her feel. “Reasons for getting a rhinoplasty (or any plastic surgery) are extremely personal and different for everybody,” she wrote. “I am SO glad I got mine and had the best surgeon ever.”
Some of her followers, however, couldn't really tell the difference, but Naomie disagreed. When one follower asked her on Instagram what was different about her nose, she had a sarcastic reply. “Eh, nothing really…I just got it completely redone,” she wrote. “Other than that same same.”
Naomie admitted to Decider in 2018 that she had no idea that her nose job would be such a big deal among Southern Charm fans — let alone for her ex, Southern Charm cast member, Craig Conover. He said during a May 2018 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen that he “cried” when he saw the results of her procedure. “I’m happy for her because she’s happy, but it was just kind of like — it was a lot,” Craig told Andy Cohen at the time.
“Isn’t the goal of everybody to be happy with themselves and be comfortable in their own skin?” she asked in reply to his comments. “So that’s what my nose job did for me.
"You’d think people would be happy, but instead everyone had their own opinions," she explained." Thankfully, I have thick skin. I take the hateful comments in stride just like the way I do the nice comments. None of it really means much to me unless it’s from somebody that I know. But I’m very glad I did it. I love it.”
“I didn’t do it for them, I did it for me so I feel really good about it,” she added.
Naomie Olindo’s Nose Job
Naomie also didn't shy away from sharing every angle of her transformation with photos.
In an Instagram Story at the time, Naomie revealed side-by-side shots of her face before and after getting her nose job. "Ok, you guys are scared from the recovery pics," she explained in her caption referring to the slew of candid images she posted throughout her healing process. "But let me say I had absolutely zero pain. Like none."
And although she experienced a bit of bruising around her eyes and nose, Naomie appears to have not minded the recovery process at all. “It was pretty chill,” she wrote on a photo of her recovering from her surgery to her Instagram story.

Later, Naomie shared fuller pictures of her transformation on Instagram in images taken by her plastic surgeon. The top row shows Naomie's nose before and after the surgery at a three-quarter angle, which the second row shows the before and the after in full profile.
"It was a great experience that I regretted not doing sooner with Dr. Joshua Zimm," she wrote.
