Southern Charm's Naomie Olindo Answers All Your Questions About Her New Nose Job
Naomie also shared her only regret about the whole procedure.
When it comes to nose jobs, there are those who are happy to share their experience — we're looking at you, Jax Taylor! — and, there are people who choose to keep their own procedures to themselves, thank you very much. Both are totally valid decisions (your nose, your business), but Southern Charm's Naomie Olindo is of the Jax school of thought.
After choosing to reveal on Instagram that she had recently gone under the knife, the beauty told The Lookbook: "Getting my nose done was something I've wanted since I was eight years old. It's still early in my recovery but I've never been happier. My surgeon, [NYC-based] Dr. [A Joshua] Zimm, did the most amazing job and my only regret is not having done it sooner! Plastic surgery shouldn't be taboo ... If there's something about yourself that you don't like and you have the opportunity to change it, why wouldn’t you? I did it for me and no one else and want to be as open as possible about it. I'm so happy with my decision and would do it 100 times over."
When the stunner posted a selfie that showed off her profile on February 15, fans noticed that she looked slightly different. And though Naomie didn't address her tweaked look in the caption, she was more than happy to answer fans' questions in the comments section.
"Don't know if it's the angle or lighting or what, but I didn't recognize you at first, you look so different," one user wrote.
Naomie was quick to clear that up: "New [nose]," she wrote, using a nose emoji. After fans posted raves about her look, the Southern belle said: "Thank you! No point in hiding ANYthing." She went on to share that she's 13 days post-operation, and that she's a bit swollen but experiencing no pain.
