After those long, hard days working in the yachting biz, Aesha Scott gave herself a special treat: hand injections.

“You know how I always go on about how I’ve got very geriatric hands? Look at those sun spots,” the Below Deck Down Under cast member shared in a December 1 Instagram Story video. “So I am going to [New Zealand’s Cashmore Clinic] today and I’m gonna get hyaluronic injections in my hands and I’m gonna try and make them look more like a 31-year-old.”

Following the treatment, Aesha detailed each step of the process, adding how “excited” she was to see the results.

“They inject Profhilo® into your hands [...] so [the technician] marks five spots on each of your hands and puts the needle in just under the surface of the skin [...] and injects the [hyaluronic acid] into your hands,” the Below Deck Mediterranean alum shared. “You don’t need to massage it or anything, it just sits there and eventually it spreads out over your whole [hand]. Then you go and get a second [injection] done in a month and [...] your hands will look more hydrated, more plump, more full of life.”

“Btw there’s nothing wrong with wrinkly hands,” the New Zealander wrote over the video. “[M]ine are just destroyed already from yachting and it’s always been my pet peeve so I want to do this for myself as a treat.”

Aesha then shared a quick shot of her getting the treatment, noting that the “1 ml” injections felt like just “a little pinch.”

She ended her Stories with a view of how her hands looked right after the procedure, pointing out how the “mounds” from the injections would spread out on their own in “24/48 hours.”

“Can’t wait to show the results in a month after my second lot!”
