This Surprising Snack Was a “Huge Part” of the Below Deck Mediterranean Crew’s Diet

Below Deck Mediterranean's Captain Sandy Yawn recently admitted that she is a bit of a "cereal eater" when she's not yachting. "So — milk and Lucky Charms, Froot Loops, Mini Wheats," she recently told The Feast, shouting out her favorite kid cereals by name. This is a far cry from the gourmet meals Chef Adam Glick usually serves up on board the yacht.

It probably isn't a big surprise, then, to learn that her crew also eats like little kids when given the choice, as third stew Kasey Cohen just admitted on Twitter. Check out her tweet below to find out how to get a bangin' yacht body for the summer — once you pop, you can't stop!

Wonder if they've tried the new Pringles Hot Chicken version?
