Well, you won't likely find her trying the infinitely buzzy but highly controversial Keto diet anytime soon — because it's not in her cultural wheelhouse. "I actually kind of struggled when I first started chartering with Americans, because Americans have a lot of those fad diets and things like that," Hannah told us when she sat down with The Feast recently at Bravo HQ in Los Angeles.

"It was so funny: I remember my first season, it was like, 'Oh, can we get a craft cocktail?' I’m like, 'Yeah, sure.' Then I walk around, and I'm like, 'What the f--- is a craft cocktail? Because in Europe, we just don’t have those sorts of things — all those buzzy diets. It's more of a balance."

That said, she is a follower of another trendy diet strategy: intermittent fasting. Sort of...

"I do intermittent fasting myself," she told us. "But usually by mistake."

Because you get so busy with charter guests that you just don't have time to eat, we asked?

"Yeah, sure we’ll go with that," she said cheekily. "No, it’s more like if you have lunch, and then you go out and you have a few cocktails, and then you forget to have dinner, and then you sleep in and then you’re like, 'Oh, I didn’t eat for 24 hours.'"

Of course, during that "fasting" period, she admits she probably drinks about "1,000 calories."

That said, Hannah told The Feast, "I always laugh when the chefs complain about diets and preference sheets because it is literally part of your job, part of the service we provide. So if they’re on a Keto diet or if they choose to eat at 2 a.m, you’ve just gotta work around it."

Here's what celebrities have said about the Keto diet — from adoring feedback, to those who find it just plain "dumb:"
