Hannah announced the news in a post on Instagram Tuesday. "Hi guys!! I hope you are all well!! So a few have you have noticed a bit of a difference in my appearance lately and apart from a few pounds the difference is coming from the inside out," she shared. "After many, many years I have officially quit smoking! Three months today!!"

The yachtie said she has wanted to quit smoking for a while now. "It was a long time coming but I always believe you need to do these things for yourself when you are ready if you want to succeed!" she wrote.

Hannah said she was able to kick the habit after being hypnotized. "It’s amazing and it worked for me," she shared.

Captain Sandy Yawn praised Hannah for hitting this milestone on Twitter. "Yay! Keep up the good work!" she applauded the chief stew.

Smoking hasn't exactly mixed well with Hannah's career in yachting, as we've seen in the past on Below Deck Med. She got a stern talking-to from Captain Sandy after taking too many smoke breaks with Conrad Empson last season. Hannah and Conrad also memorably got into it when she asked him to reimburse her for a carton of cigarettes.

We'll find out what else is new with Hannah when Season 4 of Below Deck Med premieres Monday, June 3 at 9/8c. Watch the trailer for the new season, below.
