How to Watch

Watch Below Deck on Bravo Mondays at 9/8c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

Bravotv.com: How did you spend your last few days before this charter season began?
Kate Chastain: Connie from Season 3 and I have the same birthday, so right before flying out to Tortola we celebrated our shared birthday with a large group of friends. It was an all day affair starting with an RV trip out to a huge ranch where there were tons of fun outdoor activities. After playing all day and enjoying an amazing cookout, everyone piled back into the RV and we asked the driver to stop at a few bars on the way home. It was a great way to spend my last moments of freedom before flying out to work for six weeks.
Bravotv.com: What was your first impression of your new crew mates?
KC: Emily seemed very sweet, and I was impressed by her work ethic right away. Nico was the typical yachtie deckhand -- cute and polite, but you can tell there's a wild side hiding behind the professional decorum...Trevor seemed to have a chip on his shoulder, like he walked on the boat with something to prove. In my experience, I've found that if someone comes aboard overly ambitious to let everyone know how experienced they are, it usually means that they're not. (See also: Leon.) Lauren didn't really seem too interested in getting to know me at all, which was disappointing considering the fact that we were going to be roommates, but I figured she was just nervous and that she'd warm up to me eventually.

Kelley Johnson

Bravotv.com: How did you spend your last few days before this charter season began?
Kelley Johnson: I was working up until the night before I flew to the British Virgin Islands. I had just spent two month in the Bahamas, and had finished helping with details at the boat yard. I was ready for a change of scenery!
Bravotv.com: What was your first impression of your new crew mates?
KJ: My thoughts on the new crew definitely vary. The returning cast members I was excited to see again. Kate and I had not gotten along so well after Season 2 and I was ready to change that. Captain Lee, well, he is one of the reasons I returned. I looked up to him during Season 2, but I felt I let him and the crew down. I wanted to redeem myself in his eyes, that's one of the main reasons I am here. Ben, well, who doesn't miss Ben? Oh wait I meant his food...OK both. We are both so busy we rarely see each other, but it was great to be back working with him. Now to the newbies, so far everyone seems good. Nico and Lauren are off to a great start, and I look forward to seeing where they go. Trevor on the other hand...it seems like I'm going to have some struggles with him this year. Emily seems like a cute and innocent little English girl. That may change after watching the previews, LOL! And Sierra I wasn't sure about, but everyone deserves a fair chance right? Either way this season is going to be a great one, and I look forward to watching everything unfold!

Trevor Walker

Bravotv.com: How did you spend your last few days before this charter season began?
Trevor Walker: Before the season began I was traveling around Florida with friends camping in different location on the northern east coast and surfing.
Bravotv.com: What was your first impression of your new crew mates?
TW: My first impression of my crew mates was, "Wow, this is gonna be a fun season! The girls look good and my deck crew is strong. Captain Lee, here we go!"

Nico Scholly

Bravotv.com: How did you spend your last few days before this charter season began?
Nico Scholly: The last few days before charter I actually left my previous boat that I was working on for nearly two years. So I enjoyed a few epic days of vacation in St. Maarten!
Bravotv.com: What was your first impression of your new crew mates?
NS: My first impression was pretty good. Captain Lee seems like a stern and respected captain. Ben seems like the guy whom I would get along with the most, because of his crazy and humorous personality. Kate has a feisty yet honest side, which I like. Kelley seems like a hard worker, but a caring person when it comes to his "deck crew." When speaking to him he has the attitude of "don't leave a man behind." Trevor seems like a guy super into himself, possibly with little man syndrome. The term senior deckhand on a yacht this small seems a bit out of context. That goes for his constant sweating as well. I can tell from the start that Lauren had an epic personality. From her smile to her one liners, I can definitely tell that I am going to get up to some mischief with her and Ben. Emily is quiet, but easy on the eyes. And last but definitely not least, Sierra seems like a very nice girl. A bit timid, but I love her hipster ways.

Lauren Burchell

Bravotv.com: How did you spend your last few days before this charter season began?
Lauren Burchell: Days (and even weeks) leading up to a new job (especially one that's a charter program), I try and get as much rest and downtime as I can, because from experience I know that the moment I step foot on board, we hit the ground running, straight into somewhat organized chaos. I love being in the sun, swimming, lounging, having movie nights, and getting lots of sleep!
Bravotv.com: What was your first impression of your new crew mates?
LB: My first impression was that we're such a mix of people! After meeting all the crew, I noticed that we're all very different people from a mix of countries, age groups, and experiences on yachts. From there I knew this was going to be an interesting season, and it would be fun seeing how we will all mesh together!

Emily Warburton-Adams

Bravotv.com: How did you spend your last few days before this charter season began?
Emily Warburton-Adams: I was still working on charter on my previous boat in the Caribbean before flying to the BVIs to start on my Valor! So I was tired, but in the routine of working when I arrived, which made throwing myself into the first charter with only two stews easier.
Bravotv.com: What was your first impression of your new crew mates?
EWA: It's very hard to say at first! I was so very nervous. Kate seemed lovely as my boss and the exterior crew were friendly and loud, though I didn't get to spend a lot of time with them. I was scared that the captain didn't like me, as he hadn't spoken to me yet! I thought maybe he analyzes the new crew from afar before being personal at all, as he was very chatty with Ben, Kate, and Kelley.
