Jennifer Lawrence admits that maintaining some level of privacy like a full time job. The A-list actress, who is currently dating director Darren Aronofsky, says she doesn’t like when strangers approach her because she gets scared.
“You might think you know me, but when you approach me you’re a total stranger to me and I’m scared,” J.Law tells Vanity Fair. “I get very protective of my space. It took me a long time to be able to do that. But if I’m eating dinner and somebody comes up and a flash goes off from someone’s iPhone camera, I am really rude to that person. Then other people at the restaurant will see and be like, 'Oh, damn, I don’t want to do that.’”
But despite trying to keep her off-screen life on the DL, Jennifer, 26, has been reportedly dating Darren, 47, after they were spotted kissing and holding hands in New York City earlier this month.
“He's a visionary,” she says, but would not confirm the two are a couple.
Darren directed her in Mother, which will be released in 2017, and Jennifer says that she accepted the role without even seeing a script.
