If You Have 15 Minutes and an Oven, You Have Dinner: 4 Fast & Fabulous Nacho Riffs

Yes, we're promoting nachos from game-day snack to full meal.

Nachos for dinner? Hell yeah. When your nachos are loaded with fresh, juicy ingredients like the ones in this video, you're dealing with a complete meal. And you won't get any judgments from us. The four versions of nachos in this Tasty video are piled with everything from cooked chicken (you can use storebought rotisserie chicken if you want) to veggies, herbs, multiple cheeses and spicy sauces. They take just 15 minutes in the oven, plus the prep time—which is quick too, even if you're searing hanger steak to make fajita nachos.

Try the pizza nachos or buffalo chicken ones (pictured above and top, respectively), or one of the other riffs, or use them as inspiration for your own inventions. And as is often the case with these videos, the comments section is the best part. "You can't just throw a bunch of random s--- on tortilla chips and call it nachos," says one irate commenter. Another points out the complete absence of beans from all four versions: "Nachos without beans aren't nachos." This reminds us of a guacamole tiff that happened a few weeks ago. Meanwhile, excuse us while we go stuff ourselves with nachos and guac, or okay, "nachos" and "guac."
