George and Amal Clooney's First Public Outing With Twins Is Every Bit the Luxury Trip You'd Expect
Nothing but the best for the heirs of the Casamigos fortune.
If you headed for a pretty campsite, or took a road trip to visit family this holiday weekend, good for you. While your all-American mini-vacay was probably lovely (bless your heart), a pair of newborn babies were having a much more sophisticated travel experience that you had... and perhaps than you will ever have. NBD.
George and Amal Clooney were spotted landing in Milan on Monday before the July 4 holiday, stepping out with their newborn twins in public for the very first time since the wee ones came into the world on June 6.
Naturally, the foursome arrived by way of a private plane, according to People. No high-stress environment of crying babies in a confined flying-commercial environment for this crew!
But there's this one little tidbit to suggest that, in some minuscule ways, even stars as big as the Clooneys are just like us: George apparently deplaned with a baby carrier in his own arms.
Little Ella and Alexander are already little citizens of the world, and will no doubt come to love the same places in Europe beloved by their parents — such as the stunning scene of Lake Como, also a favorite of family-minded stars like Chrissy Teigen and John Legend.
George had said he'd be limiting travel destinations to safer locations to "avoid danger" and "be more responsible" when the babies came, and accordingly he and his bride opted for a low-risk babymoon in Europe ahead of their birthday. So far, it appears he's keeping true to his word.
