Here's What Khloe Kardashian Eats Every Single Day (Plus Her Weekly Cheat!), According to Her Nutritionist

We know that Khloe Kardashian is obsessed with her hardcore workouts, hitting the gym on the regular and squeezing in personal training sessions even when she's on vacation. But the secret to Khloe's impressive weight loss might have more to do with her diet than her cardio.

Kardashian's nutritionist, Dr. Philip Goglia, recently revealed to Healthista what the Revenge Body star eats on a daily basis to keep her killer bod on point. And according to Goglia, "when it comes to nutrition and weight loss, it’s 80 percent in the kitchen and twenty percent in the gym."

Goglia—who has worked with celebs like Chris Hemsworth and Channing Tatum—analyzes his clients' body type to develop customized meal plans based on how they break down proteins, carbs, and fats. Kardashian's daily plan includes seven "meals" a day, which starts off with a shake made with whey protein powder, almond butter, and fruit of choice, blended with ice and water.

Her second "meal" (OK, this is really a snack) is a piece of fruit. Next comes lunch: 4 ounces of chicken breast with veggies and a salad that's high in iron, such as spinach or beets.

Meal four includes more vegetables—a cup of celery or tomatoes, along with 12 almonds.

Meal five is even more vegetables—again, a cup of celery or tomatoes, this time with one egg.

For dinner, Kardashian opts for a fatty fish like salmon, sea bass, or black cod, along with eight ounces of veggies and salad. And after dinner, she can have one piece of fruit of her choice.

Sounds pretty healthy, right? But according to Goglia, Kardashian allows herself a cheat meal once a week. "She has a pattern where she will do seven days on and then have one meal off. Her choice of cheat would vary a great deal–maybe she’ll have a slice of cake as dessert or a pizza or pasta dinner, basically whatever she has a craving for," he explained in the Healthista article.

And of course, the meal plan includes plenty of water. "Always try to properly hydrate your body, regardless of her food choice or the day Khloe always makes sure to keep her water intake up," he stressed.
