Usually when Kate Middleton makes a public appearance, she's wearing some lacy, tea-length confection like this lovely blue Temperley London dress. But Kate's sporty too! Yesterday she hit the court at Britain's National Tennis Centre to encourage kids to take up the sport, and she wore the perfect preppy tennis ensemble for the occasion.
The soon-to-be mom-of-three went athleisure chic with a Clarice track jacket and Monreal London track pants, according to People. Those striped pants are princess-level activewear: the tuxedo track pants retail for $345 on Monreal's site.
But the sneakers might be the most casual item we've ever seen Kate Middleton wear. She loves a white sneaker — especially $65 Superga sneaks — but these Nikes are way more futuristic. Kate went with a Nike Air VaporMax, the $190 see-through sneakers that use an air cushioning system so they are super light. These are Nike's "It" sneakers, and the VaporMax line have fans in everyone from Justin Bieber to rapper Travis Scott. Maybe Kate's secretly a sneakerhead? Either way, this look is an ace.
