Tamra Judge Says Emily Simpson Doesn't "Fit" as an OC Housewife at BravoCon 2019
"There's no real connection with her, and it's been a real struggle," The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member said.
Tamra Judge didn't hold back when it came to Emily Simpson during the Housewife2Housewife panel at BravoCon on Sunday, November 17.
The longtime Real Housewives of Orange County cast member sat down with Dorit Kemsley, Brandi Redmond, and Jackie Goldschneider to dish to moderator Jerry O'Connell all about that Housewife life during the event at New York City's Skylight Modern. During the fan Q&A portion of the panel, one member of the audience asked, "Who do you think in your cast in the past — or the present, even — just didn't fit in with the rest of the cast?"
Tamra didn't hesitate to respond, "Emily. There's no real connection with her, and it's been a real struggle. I'm not saying she's a bad person. I think she's a lovely person, but there's got to be an organic connection. It's been really hard to get to know her, so it's hard to be friends with her."
Tamra's comments made the whole crowd go, "Oooooh." "That is a shocker. Wow," Jerry told the OC Housewife.
However, Tamra did note about Emily, "She's starting to open up a little bit."
Earlier in the panel, Brandi similarly pointed out how it's so important to be open as a Real Housewife. "Just watching it, I feel like you as a viewer, you connect with people that are more vulnerable and more relatable. They just share everything," the Dallas Housewife said after Jerry asked why some cast members seem to make it and others don't. "I think that's genuinely what it is."
