A normal day out with your family consists of dinner, errands, and maybe a movie if you're feeling crazy. For the Cyrus Family, it means hitting the red carpet and watching one of your family members perform her new hit song, Malibu (yes, we're talking about Miley). 

In this exclusive home video (we hesitate using the term, because this is way more glam than the average home video), we get to see Tish and Brandi Cyrus getting ready for the Billboard Music Awards and greeting fans.
