Kim Zolciak-Biermann is a busy woman between her six kids, new skincare line, and balancing Kroy's busy schedule. After a long day, nothing's better than having her favorite dish, whipped up by the one and only Chef Tracey Bloom. Kim is all about Tracey's classic chicken alfredo recipe, which you can check out for yourself below:
1 box angel hair pasta (cook it and set aside)
1 qt 40% heavy cream
2 cups grated shaker Parmesan cheese
1 dash nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta as directed. Pour all heavy cream in a pot and bring it to a boil. Then, lower the heat and wisk it a good bit. (This is a good time to be grilling your chicken.) Now, add your Parmesan and nutmeg. Bring it back to a boil while constantly wisking, and then turn the heat off. Wisk it till smooth. Now add pasta. Add a bit more heat if needed. Put it in a bowl add chicken.
