Kim Zolciak-Biermann recently revisited her hometown of Windsor Locks, Connecticut and while she was there, the Don't Be Tardy mom got to reminiscing. In one photo, she stood outside her childhood home and reflected on the daydreams that she used to have in her bedroom. Those dreams — which included getting her own TV show — ultimately came true. (You know what they say: Ask, Believe, Receive!) But of course, Kim had to start somewhere. And her first two jobs were a little less glitzy than "TV star."

In another photo from her trip back home, Kim stood in front of a Subway sandwich shop with her arms held triumphantly above her head. "Stopped by the Subway I worked at!! My first job!!" she wrote. As it turns out, Kim wasn't a big hit with management there — though we assume the customers loved when she was working. "I got fired all the time for giving my friends free food," she wrote.

In another photo, Kim struck a pose in front of a McDonald's sign. "2nd job was right here at this McDonald’s!!" she shared. "I [used] to stand outside in this little ass booth the size of a telephone booth and take orders."

That's when things got awkward: "The worst part was the line would get allll backed up and of course a car would end up right in front of me and we would just kinda sit there and stare at each other," Kim wrote.
