Original story continues below...
After announcing his separation from Gage Edward after 10 years together, Jeff Lewis has dramatically dropped the price on a listing (by 1 million dollars!) for "Old Hollywood," the spectacular Hollywood Boulevard home that he's obsessed over for years. The Flipping Out designer first bought the three-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom, 4,334 square foot home in 2002 for $860,000, renovated it, and sold it the next year. He then bought it again, only to renovate it for three more years and eventually list it for $7.95 million. The new price of $6.95 million was first reported by The Los Angeles Times.
Old Hollywood features dramatic floor-to-ceiling glass windows, premium Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances in the kitchen, and an infinity edge pool and spa in the backyard. There's also an enviable custom walk-in closet and herringbone floors throughout.
Jeff revealed that Gage has moved into a hotel and that their daughter, Monroe, is still staying with Jeff. He hopes they will eventually be able to work it out and get back together.
"I'm not throwing you out, I'm not breaking up with you. I'm here," Jeff said he told Gage, recalling the incident during his Radio Andy show Jeff Lewis Live. "You need time and space to get perspective."
Take a virtual tour of the property and see if you want to make an offer on this beloved home, which is now somewhat of a bargain.
