Would You Rather Work For Jeff Lewis or Jenni Pulos' Daughter?

This season on Flipping Out brings us an extra dose of cute with Jenni Pulos' adorable daughter Alianna. Jenni shares that, despite Alianna being in her tantrum stage, working for Jeff Lewis has fully prepared her to deal with anything and everything the three year old throws her way. She remarks that kids are "button-pushers" and raising Alianna is all about negotiation. We got to thinking, if given the chance, would we rather work for Jeff Lewis Design or Jenni's daughter Alianna?
