Julia Roberts Just Returned to the Hair Color That Made Us Fall in Love With Her to Begin With

Julia Roberts doesn't often appear in paparazzi photos. But when she does, she lights up our entire day — especially when she shows off a new (well, old) hair color that takes us back to the Pretty Woman days. 

The Oscar winner has been rocking dirty blonde locks for a while now, but a recent photo shows that she's gone back to her redhead roots. Take a look at this snap from the New York City set of Roberts' latest film, Ben is Back. Is anyone else remembering the Pretty Woman moment when Vivian takes off her blonde-bob wig and says, confidingly: "red?" (No? Just us?)  

You don't need us to tell you that Roberts looks amazing with any hair color. A woman who can pull off bare feet on the world's most formal red carpet, after all, can certainly pull off any shade of dye. 

But, there will always be a special place in our hearts for Roberts as a redhead. After all, it's the hue she had when she first stole our hearts in Steel Magnolias, Mystic Pizza, My Best Friend's Wedding, and other staples of our old VHS collection. Ah, those were the days!
