What Is Kate Middleton Trying to Tell Us with These Incredibly Bright Coats?

When the Royals get dressed for public events, there are no accidents. This is a group of people who take tremendous care in their appearance, down to every last strand of hair. So it's no wonder we're always looking for secret meanings in their outfits.

With that in mind, is Kate Middleton trying to tell us something with the bright coats she's been wearing this week? First, Kate visited the city of Coventry yesterday while wearing an eye-popping hot pink coat. It happens to be the same hot pink Mulberry coat that she wore while pregnant with Princess Charlotte, Vanity Fair reports. So ... does that mean Kate is feeling the color pink because she's pregnant with a baby girl?!

It's just a theory! Adding to the intrigue is the vibrant red coat that Kate wore out today while speaking at London children's hospital. The $330 Boden coat isn't pink this time, but it does have very feminine details like a ruffled collar and pockets. 

Hmm ...The jury's out, but there's still plenty time to decode the Duchess of Cambridge's outfits before her due date in April. Maybe she's just getting a jump on Valentine's Day with all these pink and red coats.
