Lauren Manzo Scalia is no stranger to whipping up feasts for her family. Caroline Manzo's daughter recently served an eye-popping charcuterie board during a day of canning, and, as she shared on Instagram Stories, Lauren's been known to save her brothers from hangovers by cooking them a hearty dish of eggs and potatoes. But the cutest thing in the salon owner's repertoire has to be her daughter's school lunch.
Three-year-old Markie just started Pre-K3, and her mother reported that the teeny student was "excited" to get back to school. Meanwhile, Lauren was pretty jazzed herself when it came time to pack her little one's lunch.
In an Instagram share that showed off a hot pink lunch box, the Manzo'd with Children alum offered a peek at the heart-shaped sandwich and cut-up strawberries she'd made for her daughter. She'd also tucked in a yogurt smoothie with a Disney princess on its packaging.
"I may get too excited packing Markie her school lunch," Lauren confessed in her caption.
