Lauren Manzo Scalia and daughter Markie Scalia are hunkering down at home to keep safe amid the coronavirus outbreak. During this time, the Manzo'd with Children mom has been keeping Markie entertained with plenty of activities including a few pampering self-care methods like a fabulous manicure. 

On Sunday, March 22, Lauren shared an Instagram post documenting a new experience for Markie: getting her nails done. In the series of snaps, the curly-haired 3-year-old couldn't help but stare in amazement as mom Lauren swiped polish on them. Markie's color choice for her first mani? A bright red shade, of course. 

The photos even captured the toddler expertly drying her freshly polished nails by blowing on them one hand at a time and making sure her adorable little fingers were properly spaced out. (No chipped nails over here.)

"This was special... painted my baby’s nails for the first time ever," Lauren captioned the precious post.
