The Real Housewives of Dubai cast member made the admission back in March, just several months after Caroline revealed the results of her facelift.

“You know what? I actually have to say, in person, it looks amazing,” Lesa told Page Six during an Oscars-viewing party in Beverly Hills. “It actually looks good. You know, my husband [Richard Hall] called her a 50-year-old influencer, and when he saw her the other day, he was like, ‘25.’ It was worth it. She looks amazing. She does.”

Caroline confirmed the procedure during 2023 Thanksgiving weekend when she posted a series of photos of her and her hubby, Sergio Carrallo. The Ladies of London alum wrote she was “Thankful for a lot of things in [her] life!” — which seemingly included her cosmetic surgery.

“NEW FACE, NEW ME… Day 14 th of the journey,” she captioned the November 23, 2023, post, which tagged plastic surgeon Dr. Steve S. Kim.

During her red carpet interview with Page Six, Lesa was asked if she “fashion polices” her castmates. The mother of three said she does it “all the time, and it’s usually a miss.” So which Dubai 'Wife took the most fashion Ls in the upcoming Season 2? It didn't take long for Lesa to drop a name.

“I would say, maybe, Sara — Sara Al Madani,” she told the outlet. “It’s not that she can’t dress. It’s just that it’s very different. It’s different to my taste. It doesn’t mean that it’s wrong. It’s just not what I put her in.”

Fans can catch up with Lesa, Caroline, Chanel, and Sara in RHODubai Season 2, which premieres Sunday, June 2 on Bravo. They will be joined by returning castmate Caroline Brooks and Housewives newbie Taleen Marie
