Dr. Imani Walker has been rocking a beautiful bald head for the past 20 years (by choice, as clarified in an Instagram post from 2019). While her bald style is a signature part of her beauty look today, Dr. Imani once sported a completely different 'do — one involving long locks!
On July 9, the Married to Medicine Los Angeles psychiatrist hit us with a blast from the past from her college days. In the snap, a younger Imani smiled while posing alongside her then-boyfriend. Imani appeared as glowing as ever while rocking a simple tank top, gold hoop earrings, and long braids, which were styled into a half updo.
"Picture It: Fall, 1996. It was the best of times... it was the most turnt of times... it was also my Senior year. Here I am pictured with my boyfriend at the time. Pay no attention to his pocket. Also, this is me with hair. Watch out @brittencolemd!" she captioned the Instagram post.
And just in case you're wondering, Imani's long hair won't be making a comeback. In response to an IG user, who commented, "Bring back the hair," Imani wrote, "Sorry but no," with a thumbs down emoji. That settles that!
