Here's Where You Can Get Jackie Walters' Skin Rhythm Balancing & Clearing Serum Now

The Married to Medicine cast member worked with Volition to develop a $45 serum that tackles skincare concerns caused by hormonal imbalance.

When Dr. Jackie Walters spotted a gap in the skincare market, she set out to fill it. "Even today in cosmetic stores, there's this section for African American women [that's] like, this big," she said, holding her hands closely together during a Season 8 interview on Married to Medicine. "Volition is a female-founded, clean skincare brand. I have been working [with the brand] to see how I can balance the game for women of color."

How to Watch

Watch Married to Medicine now streaming on Peacock and the Bravo App.

Back in April, Volition launched a waitlist for a balancing and clearing product that Jackie helped develop. As of this month, the Skin Rhythm serum ($45) is available for shipping. Containing a trio of acids, CoQ10, and Vitamin C, the product takes on hyper-pigmentation, dry patches, blemishes, and other skincare issues brought about by hormonal imbalance.

"Women talk a lot about hyper-pigmentation, especially Black women," the OB/GYN said during a recent Dr. Jackie Virtual Round Table event. "African American women hyper-pigment pretty easily. And whether it is sun damage, whether it is hormone fluctuation, whether it is aging, whether it is trauma from surgery, we are more likely to hyper-pigment than others. So I'm like, 'I need a product that I can offer to women 16 or 60, who's complaining of too much oil or not enough oil." Mission accomplished.
