Josh Flagg Predicts His New Home Is "Going to Be Spectacular"
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles power agent has big plans for the home.
Josh Flagg and husband Bobby Boyd have undertaken a major renovation on the classic Beverly Hills estate that they bought last summer, which viewers saw this season on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles. The 4,565-square-foot property, which was built in 1928, needed some serious love in order to transform it into something befitting this elegant couple, so they deployed what Josh called "the biggest crew in the history of man" to make their architectural dreams a reality.
Josh recently shared some renderings of the final result and it's going to have serious curb appeal, with Beverly Hills Hotel-esque striped awnings and lots of wandering greenery. Then, on Monday, he gave his social followers a sneak peek into his home's construction meeting.
"Meet the team, we are building, we are landscaping, we are constructing, we are... spending money," Josh said while showing some of his home design inspiration photos. "Ugh, so gorgeous. This is going to be spectacular."
A little visual eavesdropping on these show that the interiors are going to be even grander than the exteriors, if that's even possible.
We still don't know exactly how many crew members Josh and Bobby hired for this project — at the meeting we saw a landscaping crew, plus builders and a cameraman! — but they're clearly doing an amazing job, and they've got loads of #designinspo coming in from Josh and Bobby.
