And now, the real estate mogul is ready to cheers a slew of new changes like her new home and a "new era" in her life while wearing a super sexy club-ready ensemble.

The stunning California mom partied with friends and family wearing a skimpy, shimmering, minidress that was covered in iridescent paillettes. She paired the flirty frock with sky-high, ankle-strapped stilettos and wavy blonde locks.
