The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles brothers are listing the musician's "one of a kind 16,000 square-foot mansion" with a "60-foot water slide."
After living in an incredible estate for nearly four decades, Gene Simmons is ready to move on from his jaw-dropping abode with help from Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles brothers Josh Altman and Matt Altman
"Gene Simmons' palatial estate is available for the first time ever. Situated on ~2 acres on the coveted tennis court row of Benedict Canyon, lies this incredible one of a kind 16,000 square foot mansion," Josh captioned an Instagram post. "This special property has a long list of owners that include some of Hollywood's greatest. 7 bedrooms, 60 foot water slide, parking for 35 cars, professional size tennis court and 40 foot entry foyer, are just a few of the amazing features on the property. This rock star estate can now be yours."
Listed for $22 million, the KISS rocker's seven-and-a-half bathroom home also boasts a luxe pool, a spacious kitchen, and an incredibly elegant living room.
Josh and Matt have recently been working with an abundance of high-profile artists. In addition to representing Alicia Keys as she bought the Razor House last year, the brothers represented Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber in the purchase of their $26 million home in August and reportedly represented Calvin Harris in the sale of his $5.1 million home to Charli XCX earlier this month.
