Josh Flagg Reveals if He’s Moving to Florida After Reportedly Buying a House There
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent shares if he’s relocating to the Sunshine State.
Josh Flagg has some major life updates. First, let’s start with his budding acting career.
Back in December 2022, we were enthralled when the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent revealed he would be acting on the popular soap opera Days of Our Lives. After sharing the exciting news, Josh told People about his process of taking on another small screen role. “When I was 21, I started doing MDLLA, which is not acting, but helped prepare me to be in front of the camera,” he told the magazine, also sharing that he would play this particular part on the show “very well.”
When he made his acting debut in May, Josh shared a look at his role via Instagram, captioning the preview, “Check out my new role on [Days of Our Lives] this Friday!”
In addition to flexing his acting muscles, Josh has another big life update to share, and this time it involves real estate.
Is Josh Flagg moving to Florida?
Taking to Instagram on July 21, Josh shared a story from the New York Post about his buying a four-bedroom home in Miami. Considering he lives on the West Coast, the Florida purchase had many wondering if he planned to relocate. Luckily, Josh was able to clear up any confusion.
“No. Not moving to Florida. Yes. Will spend a little time there,” he clarified, adding a palm tree emoji for good measure to indicate the sunny days ahead at the vacation home.
The home in question definitely appears to be the perfect getaway, with plenty of palm trees, a gorgeous backyard pool, a den, and four and a half bathrooms. Large windows let in plenty of light, while the wood beams on the ceilings add a chic touch to the Mediterranean-style villa.
Fredrik Eklund reveals he is moving to Miami
While Josh may not be relocating to Miami, Million Dollar Listing New York and Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles alum Fredrik Eklund recently revealed he is making the move to the Sunshine State with his family.
He isn’t, however, planning to sell his stunning Beverly Hills home.
“The cat is out of the bag…. We’re renting out our house in Beverly Hills!” Fredrik captioned his July 4 Instagram post. “We came to Los Angeles four years ago today and we have so much to thank California for. I’ve built a strong team here and we continue to set records. However, my business is expanding quickly in Miami and the twins got into one of the best schools there for the Fall. [My husband] Derek got a super cool art studio in the Miami Design District too.”
“We’re so [excited] for this new chapter,” he continued. “I do need to be closer to New York where the business is bigger than ever.”
