First, some backstory: Flagg is old friends with Sonja Morgan — in fact, the Sonja by Sonja Morgan designer was even a guest at his 2017 wedding. So, now that Sonja has put her famous Upper East Side townhouse on the market for $10.75 million, the viewer wondered whether Flagg has any advice for his longtime pal.
"Yeah, I said she should have sold it like 10 years ago," the agent said. "She never prices it appropriately." Whether it's competitively priced or not, the townhouse has some undeniable perks.
