Josh Flagg Has Some Advice for Sonja Morgan on Selling the Townhouse

When Josh Flagg appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen on July 7, a viewer wrote in to ask the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent's thoughts on a real estate matter concerning a certain Real Housewives of New York City cast member. 

First, some backstory: Flagg is old friends with Sonja Morgan — in fact, the Sonja by Sonja Morgan designer was even a guest at his 2017 wedding. So, now that Sonja has put her famous Upper East Side townhouse on the market for $10.75 million, the viewer wondered whether Flagg has any advice for his longtime pal. 

"Yeah, I said she should have sold it like 10 years ago," the agent said. "She never prices it appropriately."
