Sam: Chris Can Dish It But Can't Take It
Sam thinks Chris needs to lighten up about her Botox comment, and is proud of her Fort Lauderdale sale.
While many realtors solely focus on listings, I happen to love working with buyers. In this episode, I'm fortunate to be working with my good friend, Lisa!
You would think working with buyers would be easy. . .But I definitely show how important the virtue of patience is!
I'm so happy to show people my hometown of Fort Lauderdale and all the amazingness it has to offer-- including it's price points of waterfront homes. Lisa was able to find a gorgeous home for $1.1 million that had a phenomenal backyard for Duke to play in and a 75-foot dock for her imaginary yacht. I even negotiated the price so well that the home actually appraised for $100,000 more than what she paid! Making Princess Lisa a very happy girl!
When watching the scene of 1000 Ocean, so many thoughts went through my head. I definitely felt that the property was beautiful, and I have no doubt that Chris will sell it. But $14 million for a condo in Boca is definitely a tough sell, being that there's nothing in the area that's even like it-- which is both a positive and a negative.
My Botox comment: Chris has thick skin. It's funny how he can throw shade at me, but when returned he takes it personally, especially for something that he's so open about. Chris has said FAR worse things to me -- and meant them. But I'm a big girl, and don't take them personally. . .I'm a straight shooter and dry humor kind of girl. Do I love, respect, and appreciate Chris? Yes. And does he need to lay off the Botox? Yes. Will we always be friends? You'll have to watch what happens. . .
