Ryan Serhant Shows Us What a $30M New York City View Looks Like

Ryan Serhant never fails to show you what living in the lap of luxury looks like, but the Million Dollar Listing New York broker may have just topped himself with his latest property that's in the contract phase: a penthouse with an asking price of $30 million.

The buyer, whose identity is under wraps, is getting a new pad with one of the best views in NYC — Ryan has seen his fair share of vistas, but even he couldn't resist posting a photo of the terrace, which overlooks Central Park from dizzying heights, to his Instagram feed.

Also seen from way up there: the Hudson River and the George Washington Bridge! When your home is that high in the sky, it turns out your views are essentially endless.

"You're so cute," Emilia Bechrakis, his wife and the mother of his two children, wrote in the comments of the image, which by the way, showed a dapper Ryan wearing a tuxedo.

Ryan, meanwhile, has been busy renovating his own Brooklyn townhouse that he purchased for $7.6 million. He's keeping some of the most beautiful bones of the house that he loves, including plenty of exposed brick, wood, and cool moldings, but he's also doing some major work from top to bottom, including extending his own outdoor deck space. 

While Ryan's views in Brooklyn won't be quite as epic, we're pretty sure $7 million buys you something to look at as well.
