Ryan Serhant Is Giving Us a Tour of His Humongous $7.6M Brooklyn Townhouse
Ryan Serhant's new NYC home has all sorts of interesting details.
While filming last season of Million Dollar Listing New York, Ryan Serhant walked into a potential listing — a 7,670-square-foot Brooklyn townhouse — and he immediately knew he wanted the house for himself. “If you recognize this place, you’d be right, because this is the house I sold… to myself in season 7,” the new dad explained in the tour. “The minute I walked in here I saw 12-foot ceilings, huge open space, good back windows, massive kitchen, and I just fell in love with it.”
That doesn’t mean he’s not going to change a few things though! As Ryan explained in the above tour, he plans to rip up the floors, extend the outdoor deck, reconfigure the downstairs to be more open, gut renovate the kitchen, make an in-law suite… and that’s just on the home’s first floor! (Y'all remember the plans he has for his home gym, right?)
The house’s size, charm, and quintessential Brooklyn details are what sold Ryan, however. “This is such a Brooklyn townhouse, like you’ve got exposed brick everywhere, like just look at the moldings and the wood that’s used — and there’s the whale!” said Ryan pointing to the sperm whale figure that hangs in the home’s entryway.
See all of the home’s over-the-top details (A 30-foot atrium! A 26-foot-long closet!) when you watch the video above and be sure to catch MDLNY on Thursdays at 9/8c!
