When Ryan Serhant and Emilia Bechrakis finish the gut renovation of their stunning $7.6 million Brooklyn townhouse, we have a feeling it's going to look as spectacular as the incredible homes he represents on Million Dollar Listing New York, if not better. The place has 12-foot ceilings, huge open spaces, large windows, and an impossibly large kitchen, all good bones to work with in order to take the home to the next level.
There's a lot to be done, which calls for a super-sized crew — in Ryan's case, he's got a 12-member team who have been working hard on the project every single day. As he admitted in a recent Instagram Stories post, "Our little cosmetic renovation now requires a daily crew of 12 and harnesses..." Something tells us that this renovation is neither cosmetic nor little!
Among other improvements, they're ripping up the floors, installing an in-suite guest room, making a larger outdoor deck, and reconfiguring the downstairs to be even more open.
